These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blog IQ ("the Service"), operated by Supercharge Me ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service at blog-iq.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Blog IQ is an AI-powered blog content management platform. The Service helps you research keywords, generate blog articles, publish content to your Shopify store, and track article performance through integrations with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other data providers.

2. Account Registration

To use Blog IQ, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email-based magic link authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Produce content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Share your account access with unauthorized parties.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain full ownership of all content you create, generate, or publish through Blog IQ. This includes blog articles, outlines, research data, and any other content produced using the Service. We claim no ownership over your content.

Our platform. Blog IQ's software, design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Supercharge Me. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Service.

License to operate. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Blog IQ connects to third-party services including Google APIs, Shopify, DataForSEO, and Google Gemini AI. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

6. AI-Generated Content

Blog IQ uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation. While we strive for high-quality output, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may require human review and editing before publication.
• You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing it.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• You accept full responsibility for any content you choose to publish.

7. Pricing and Payment

Blog IQ may offer free and paid tiers. Pricing, features, and usage limits for each tier are described on the Service's pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, traffic, or rankings resulting from content generated or published through the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supercharge Me from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow you to export it, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Supercharge Me operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
